Qualifications:

at least 2 PHASES members
letter from the athletic director /Dean/Chairperson

Renewal:

present at least 1 peer reviewed research/proceeding in the PHASES conference every year (for 2 years)
publish at least 1 peer reviewed research in the PHASES Journal of Applied Researchl every year (for 2 years)
promote PHASES leveling scheme institutional requirement within 2 years of membership
