Qualifications:

Associate:

- graduate of physical education or sport and exercise course or any related field; or at least 3 years experience in sport coaching/strength and conditioning/any related field

Apprentice:

- currently enrolled in physical education or sport and exercise course or allied health degree

Novice:

- at least high school graduate; sports and recreation enthusiast

For Renewal:

Professional:

- attend at least 3 PHASES accredited/organized seminar/conference during the membership duration (2 years)
- any 1 peer-reviewed research/article publication on within membership duration (2 years)

Students:

- attend at least 1 PHASES accredited/organized seminar/conference during the year of membership (1 year)

Fees:

Professional (2 years): 600 Philippine Pesos
Student (2 years): 300 Philippine Pesos
